Reviews and Ratings
The junior suite with a kitchenette was shabby and small, not living up to expectations. However, it was very clean, which was a big plus during my stay. The service was super friendly, although there was an incident with my mobile charger. The location was fantastic with easy access to public transportation, great for exploring the city, but the dining options were limited and overpriced. Overall, a mixed experience at this hotel.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really bad, missing some essentials, but they were at least light and clean, which was important for us. Unfortunately, our room was on the very noisy side of the hotel. The service had some hiccups like staff smoking at the front desk, but they were generally nice, super helpful, nice, and cooperative. The location was decent, reachable to main hubs via bus and close to the Mittlerer Ring, although you need public transport to reach the city. Dining was a bit disappointing, not amazing for a NH hotel and overpriced at 17 Euros, but it had a high standard with good variety. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
